finally wrapping up CQ2

out of 100+ who started the quests last month, 75 awesome creatures crossed the finish line to earn the @Community Quest S2 role. those creatures will be sent an NFT reward in the coming days to honor their CQ2 participation

we also hosted a week-long giveaway via #🎁｜creature-gifts for all 75 with 11 of them taking home something from our store (+ an actual creature). this and all other details can be seen in #🎪｜community-quests

there is a minor issue with the size chad collection. opensea is having a challenging time updating the metadata for all 100k NFTs so some of the changes might have some delays. we are originally slated to change metadata a few more times before the final artwork is locked. hang in there chads

here are some FAQs for CQ2:

what is a COMMUNITY QUEST?

• the community quest is a community-driven activity that happens within the creature world discord. it has task-based challenges that will require you to engage within and participate through this server. you do not have to participate if you do not want to although we'll make sure that those who do end up joining will have fun.

how do i join?

• all you need is a @Crowd or a @Creature role to be able to participate. if you have any of the two roles, you can simply head on over to #🎪｜community-quests to read the instructions and begin. if you are a holder of any of those NFTs but do not have the role, you can acquire a role through #✅｜verify-creatures.

can i still participate even if i dont have a crowd or a creature?

• no. this activity is exclusive for crowd/creature holders. tokens from the cw universe (danny's drawings, size, migration, etc.) will not grant you access to CQ2.

submitting in the channel isn't working

• we will be providing instructions on a weekly basis in #🎪｜community-quests. you will need to complete each week to gain access to the next.

can i submit more than one entry?

• no need. once you successfully submit an entry, you will already gain the role needed for the next challenge. but, if you really like, you can definitely post more entries.

how do i know if i did it right?

• click on your name, you will have a new role once you complete a specific task

how long will CQ2 be?

• CQ2 will have five tasks that will span across five weeks. instructions for each week will be posted in #🎪｜community-quests every saturday morning (EST).

i missed the start of CQ2, can i still participate?

• yes. we will keep all the tasks open until the end of CQ2. but, keep in mind that you will still need to do each task chronologically.

okay im sold, what do i get after completing all the tasks?

• after five weeks, everyone who successfully completes CQ2 will be given a new and final role to honor their participation. and, just like in CQ1, a special NFT reward will be airdropped to everyone who completes all five weeks. we will also be giving away clothes from both our current collection and our archive (+ some more surprises along the way).
