As we continue to expand the library of resources and art extensions to your Deadfellaz, today sees the release of Front Facing Fellaz — a reimagination of all 10k OG Deadfellaz turned ever so slightly to look you square in the face.

Why Front Facing?
We saw a desire for it, as community members began making their own derivatives one by one — we saw that by providing these files to the community directly, we could expand the usability of your ‘fellaz in different environments.

The files available are: 
-front facing with body and background
-front facing with body and no background
-front facing with no body (especially useful to place over photos for social media etc).

Are These NFTs?
No. Much like the Pixelfellaz, these are are extension to the art files available with each Deadfellaz token. They are hosted on IPFS, which essentially means that they are openly accessible to holders to use under the banner of their IP. It is an official IP extension.

Earlier this week I floated the idea of raffling off 1:1 calls with community members, it was an idea many of you loved - and so from next week we will open up a raffle in discord for collectors. Each week someone will be drawn from this raffle and I will take a 30 minute call with that person. Calls will be held every Wednesday 11am PST. These calls can be to discuss anything the person wants, whether that be Deadfellaz, hobbies, the meaning of the universe and everything in between. My only request is that calls not be transferred to anybody but the winner, and the calls are not used to pitch - we have a collaboration form available on request for anybody that needs it and I would much rather use this time to get to know you more as a community.

Why 1:1 calls? Because I want to make sure we're in direct contact with the people who make this community what it is. The connection to community is something I never want us to lose and I believe this is a great way to maintain that. Stay tuned for the raffle to open, it will be in a collectors only channel.

When we first launched we had a very basic roadmap, of which we completed all but 1 item, custom 1/1s for ‘top holders’. Psych is personally working on something very special to him, to correct this in Q1’23. Defining the top will be hard but its got to be done in order to deliver.
How we define top was never decided but it will be both quantitative and qualitative, to ensure different types of valued holders are acknowledged. Data will be current and historical. Community will be looped to help make majority of decisions on this particular release.
