As we wrap up this year, we extend a huge thank you to our incredible community for being a part of our journey.
The holidays are a great time to reflect on the year that has been, so we invite you all to jump into the #2023 Highlights channel to share your favourite memories from the year. These could be product launches, announcements, community memes, or just funny or heartwarming moments you’ve experienced alongside your fellow community members.
Please note that while much of our community and support team will still be working over the break, we will be observing key public holidays (25th-26th Dec & 1st-2nd Jan), and the rest of the company will be operating with reduced staff numbers. We will endeavour to address any support tickets in a timely manner, but resolution time may increase due to the unavailability of certain resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
