Hey @everyone,

@everyone - we’re in the final week of podcast licensing!
If you haven’t licensed your characters yet, now is the time! Head to jenkinspodcast.com to check out your eligible characters or browse for others (reminder: if you own a Writer’s Room NFT, you have the power to license either your own characters or those belonging to someone else).
Let’s make a great podcast 🤝

Happy Saturday!
Quick reminder that the licensing window will remain open through Friday, March 24. If you haven't licensed yet, now is a great time.
We encourage everyone to share their licensed characters with us on Twitter and Discord. We love seeing the creativity from you all 🫡
Jenkins The Valet's podcast licensing period for Writer's Room NFTs has been extended by one week, now ending on Friday, March 24.
Jenkins The Valet's podcast licensing period for Writer's Room NFTs has been extended by one week, now ending on Friday, March 24.
Hey @everyone
We are extending the licensing window 1 week to March 24 to license characters to our fiction podcast at https://www.jenkinspodcast.com
If you own a Writer’s Room NFT, this means you can license your own characters or extend an offer to someone else’s character(s). Head to the website and check out your eligible characters in your profile, or search the roster for a character you really like.
Hearing your feedback, we are doing this to ensure everyone who wants to license a character has the ability and time to do so. Also, please let your fellow Writer's Room community members know that licensing is open until 3/24!
We will continue to do so leading into the deadline next week. It’d be amazing if we together we can make sure that the whole community is aware of Podcast Licensing and the deadline of March 24!

Jenkins The Valet announced that a 'license checker' is now live on jenkinspodcast.com.
Hi @everyone - we are very excited to provide our community with 150 Allowlist spots for GQ3, GQ Magazine’s first entry into web3 and NFTs!
Every holder who mints the artwork from the inaugural drop will claim a wide range of utility, including a GQ magazine subscription, the GQ box, exclusive GQ merch, a ticket to the first-ever GQ3 party in NYC, and much more to come. Holders will also be ushered into the GQ3 community as a founder with ongoing access to future live events, a special section of the GQ Discord, and first-in-line status for future GQ3 drops.
To create the collection of original pieces, GQ curated a group of four forward-thinking artists whose work covers a particularly trippy and enthralling band of the visual spectrum: graphics guru Chuck Anderson, AI futurist REO, seasoned illustrator Kelsey Niziolek, and rising star Serwah Attafuah. They were asked to explore the GQ motto Change Is Good through their work, using it as a theme to guide the creation of generative digital art. Each of them created more than 100 unique traits that could be combined in infinite ways. Those traits were algorithmically brought together and turned into stand-alone works. The drop includes 1,661 distinct tokens–a nod to GQ’s 66th anniversary.
Please see Premint Link here: https://www.premint.xyz/GQxJenkins/ - this page will no longer be accepting submissions after 12pm EST tomorrow (March 7). Important note: These are first-come-first-serve Allowlist spots and not all 150 are guaranteed. They are slightly over allocating their AL so please make sure to mint close to launch (if you’re interested).
Mint opens up at 12pm EST on Wednesday March 8th.

Attention @everyone!
Licensing for our upcoming podcast will be going live very soon. In contrast to last time (Bored & Dangerous), all deals between you, other parties, and Tally Labs will be made on-platform with just a few clicks. No emails, no frantically looking for partners in Discord.
As a Writer’s Room NFT holder, you will be able to browse over 7,700 characters on jenkinspodcast.com and either extend licensing offers to them or license your own characters. Your WR NFT tier determines the exposure of the licensed characters in the podcast.
To help you understand the process, we will share tutorials this week that showcase everything, from licensing your own characters to sending and accepting offers.
For a comprehensive look at the current licensing system and the process behind it, check out this article: https://jenkinsthevalet.medium.com/an-update-on-bored-dangerous-royalties-podcast-licensing-and-more-8a0b4943a5ec.
We’ve heard a few folks share their feelings about KYC. While we aren’t legally able to pay out royalty funds to those who don’t KYC, we are working through some alternatives to share with you soon.

Get ready to license!
- Jenkins
Hi @everyone - we wanted to thank you for your patience as we’ve worked through the Bored & Dangerous royalty process. It’s been a cumbersome endeavor and we greatly underestimated the impact an ever-evolving regulatory environment would have on it.
After working with our various legal counsels, we’re finally able to share more about the process for claiming royalties, the date they’ll be available for claim, and estimated payouts. There’s a lot of information here (likely too much for a Discord announcement) so we’ve put together the below Medium post that explains everything in great detail.
We want to call your attention to one major point. Given changes in the regulatory environment and other active cases, we are required to KYC those who will collect payment from us. To put it simply, we understand this point may be unpopular but it’s what we (and any other legally compliant company) must do to be here it all over the course of the next decade. It’s worth noting that much of the time spent working with our counsel the last few months to actively find a way to avoid this. Unfortunately, it’s not possible. The Medium post explains this further and we hope you will give it a read. There can be grave consequences for us and payment recipients by not abiding by this.
If folks have any questions, we’re happy to answer them here or on Twitter, and we may even do a Spaces next week if you guys would like that.
And lastly, some exciting news:
Licensing for Jenkins Podcast is opening up in the next few weeks. As Writer’s Room holders, you’ll have the opportunity to browse the 7700 characters created to help find Good Boy and send them a partnership request in just a few clicks. You can also create your own character and use your Writer’s Room NFT to license it! As always, the only way to license a character to the podcast will be by partnering with a Writer’s Room member or owning a Writer’s Room NFT yourself.

Hi @everyone! With your help and participation, Tally Labs and Fragment Studios (Applied Primate) have collaborated on a puzzle-based event that will launch today, January 11, 2023, and will be open to not only Applied Primate Keycard holders but also to the Writers’ Room!
Following an entertaining and informative two week puzzle workshop with members of the WR, the puzzles are completed and the stage is set for an engagement that was directly influenced by the feedback and prompts supplied by WR holders.
The event will begin today 1/11/23 at NOON ET () in the Applied Primate discord (discord.gg/appliedprimate) when an announcement will be dropped in their #lab-updates channel.
Writers Room holders can collab-land in the Applied Primate server to receive the “Friend of Jenkins” role, but the role is not necessary to participate.
When the event goes live, Writers Room holders can participate in the event, which will take place on Applied Primate’s Intranet. To verify eligibility, a gasless signature is required on the intranet site to connect a wallet that contains a Writers Room token. Once verified, you will be able to connect your discord and then access and participate in the puzzles, recording your progress along the way.
If you have any questions, the community is usually happy to help in the #employees-only channel of the Applied Primate Discord, and any technical issues may be reported by opening a support ticket.
Happy Puzzling!
-Tally Labs team

Hi @everyone - we are getting ready to begin our exclusive Intro to Puzzle Making workshop with our esteemed Professional @Puzzle Makers! This is the first step of our partnership with A.P.E to help track down the other Mutants infected with the Mega Serum and save all of Apekind.
This is gated to @Writer's Room Members only so please verify if you have not yet. We'll see you in the Discord Stages titled "Puzzle Making Stream"
Hi @everyone - we have two exciting activations to share with you in regards to our partnership with Applied Primate!!
1: Twitter Spaces tomorrow at 1pm EST: Myself and @seeapefollowape will be chatting with the Applied Primate team.
We’ll talk all about the partnership and why this is such an exciting opportunity for both of our communities. You can find the link here: https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1OyKAVnbYDWGb?s=20
We hope to see you there!
2: An inside look into puzzle making (a live Discord chat HERE), Monday 12/19 at 2pm EST: We’re bringing in Greg Pliska (the mastermind behind the OG BAYC scavenger hunt puzzle) and Adam Felber (an incredibly acclaimed comedic writer, comic book writer, author, and satirist) to give you a deep dive into the art of puzzle making.
They’ll teach us all what goes into making a great puzzle, and they'll help prepare us for the next steps.
We’re really excited for both of these and it will be great to all have some fun before the holidays. We hope to see you at both, and we look forward to rolling out more information about this opportunity as well as others to come!
Hi @everyone - While I'm still trying to track down Good Boy and am thrilled about the opportunity to visit so many other communities throughout the Metaverse, I am also excited to announce our partnership with Applied Primate, another amazing storytelling initiative emerging from the BAYC.
They own Doc Gibbons (the radioactive mega), as well as a number of others. Now they're looking towards the Writer’s Room to help us track down these other Mutants that have been infected by the Ape Serum. All of ape kind depends on us.
We’ll be bringing in a professional puzzle maker (who created the original BAYC puzzle) to the Writer’s Room for an exclusive session on how to make a good puzzle. From there, we’ll work together to create a puzzle to be playable in the A.P.E Discord.
The partnership will culminate in a new piece of media that will come out of the Writer’s Room and build on the lore created. We’ve heard that folks joined the Writer’s Room because of the opportunity to come together and tell amazing stories. We have the chance to help craft the lore for who the Megas are, how they became infected, and so much more.
As always, Writer’s Room NFTs will be required to vote, license, and more. This one will be fun. You can read more in the tweet/medium post linked below:

- Jenkins
Hi, Writer’s Room! It’s an exciting day.
We need @everyone’s help.
As you know, I will be embarking on a journey to search for my beloved Good Boy, and YOU will be telling me where to look. There are 12 incredible communities who have all signed agreements allowing us to set an episode in their world. Each of them have been a true pleasure to work with and offer amazing lore.
The communities are as follows (and in no particular order): Goblintown, Creepz, Pudgy Penguins, Sappy Seals, Rumble Kong League, Inhabitants (FKA Metahero), The Littles, GOATz, The Plague, BYOPills, Bubblegum Kids, and Purrnelope’s Country Club
The Writer’s Room can vote on which communities they’d like to see an episode hosted in. From this vote, 5 will be selected. It is an 8 episode series. The remaining 3 episodes are BAYC/MAYC, The community that creates the most characters, and then a ‘hodgepodge’ episode where any character can be featured.
Please head over to https://members.jenkinsthevalet.com/login and cast your vote. You can apply your voting power across as many communities as you like. Voting closes 12/12.
As a reminder, the only way to license a character to appear in the Podcast will be to own a Writer’s Room NFT or to partner with a Writer’s Room NFT owner. Writer’s Room members will be able to “shop” the ~2375 (and GROWING) characters created and enter into a licensing partnership with a few clicks.
This is just the beginning of the Writer’s Room telling unifying stories across the entire NFT space and bringing other communities along for the ride. LFG!
- Jenkins
Jenkins The Valet is giving away 12 NFTs, one from each of its new partner communities which includes; Pudgy Penguins, Purrnelopes Country Club, Bubblegum Kids, MaisonDeGoat, Metahero, goblintown, Overlord, The Plague, Rumble Kongz, The Littles, BYOPills, and Sappy Seals, according to a recent tweet.
Jenkins the Valet announced the 12 NFT communities that have signed on as partners for the project's eight-episode fiction podcast on Wednesday.
Hey @everyone - without further ado, we are excited to share https://www.jenkinspodcast.com with you. This is the next instance of the Writer’s Room coming together to create content together!
This time, instead of Apes/Mutants, we’re offering support for 100+ different NFT communities to create characters and license them to the podcast. The catch? Owning a Writer’s Room NFT is a requirement to license. As a holder, you all will have the opportunity to browse characters and “shop” for a partnership. Or, you can license your own!
We also have 12 preferred communities that you all will be voting on. We have signed agreements with them and all are excited to be part of this. It’s up to the Writer’s Room to vote on their favorites. Voting will begin next week. You can see the 12 preferred communities in one of the images attached to this announcement, and the full set of all communities in the other.
It’s simple. Head to https://www.jenkinspodcast.com and use your preferred method of connecting your wallet. The site will recognize all of your eligible NFTs and you’ll have the opportunity to turn them into characters by adding name, backstory, job, etc. More questions will be added frequently. Our hope is that this creative inspiration can help you all invest deeper into your characters and open up a world of opportunity, just like me. We believe a web3 space full of vibrant and passionate characters is a more immersive one where storytelling can prevail.
Let’s go save Good Boy.
- Jenkins
Jenkins The Valet is introducing gamified, dynamic NFTs ahead of its upcoming podcast release, according to an announcement from the project.
@everyone I've decided to venture across the Metaverse to find my beloved GoodBoy. I'm traveling to 8 different NFT communities in a first-of-its-kind, gamified NFT podcast series. I plan to find clues on each stop as to where he is and who took him.
The podcast will be produced by SALT Audio who are leaders in the space. They've brought an incredible team to this project spanning Producers, Screenwriters, Audio Engineers, SFX Artists, and more. This series marks their first foray into web3 content.
95% of the Podcast will be available on all major platforms (Apple, Spotify, Stitcher etc). There is no need for an NFT to listen to it and enjoy the content. The more people we have consuming it, the better for everyone involved.
However… a gamified Podcast NFT will allow listeners to engage with the podcast on a deeper level and climb the leaderboard through token-gated audio puzzles that will be embedded into each episode. You can read more about how this works in the Medium article linked in the Tweet below.
The podcast will consist of 8 episodes, ~20 minutes each. They'll be set inside different web3 communities with one episode rolling out at a time. You'll find the breakdown of each episode in the Medium post as well as in the graphic below. This is a true cross-community production.
There’s no podcast without characters, and there are no characters without you!
Next week, we're launching a new platform that will allow you to develop characters based on your NFT avatars. We'll also share the 100+ different communities that are eligible for character creation.
When a character is "created" on the platform, they become eligible for licensing. Owning a Writer's Room NFT or partnering with a Writer's Room NFT holder is still a requirement to be licensed.
Writer's Room holders can either license their own characters or choose from a list of created characters to enter into a partnership with. The process occurs in just a few clicks and users never have to leave the platform.
In the coming weeks, we'll announce the full list of communities that can create characters, open up the platform to all these communities, and introduce the 12 communities who are vying for the votes of the Writer's Room to have an episode set in their universe.
It's time to find Good Boy and I need your help.

Hi @everyone - it’s with great fear and sorrow that I share some shocking news. My beloved doggo, Good Boy, has been taken. His whereabouts are unknown and so is the identity of his dognapper, though I do have a theory…
I have shared all of the information I currently have in the below Twitter thread. I have a feeling I am going to need your help, and help from other communities to get him back. I will not rest until Good Boy is back safe and sound in my arms, even if I have to travel the entire Metaverse to find him.
More from me soon.

Hey @everyone!
We are excited to announce that we've teamed up with creative director, Ty Carter (@tycarterart) to develop the Azurian PFPs. We interviewed many Creative Directors and Artists with experience ranging from NFTs to large Web2 entertainment properties, but nobody blew us away like Ty.
Ty brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives. He’s worked on highly successful generative projects as well as some of the biggest blockbuster animated films of all time with studios like Disney, Pixar, Blue Sky and Netflix. Ty’s work includes: the Ice Age Franchise, Epic, The Peanuts Movie, Spies In Disguise, Toy Story 3, Cars 2, Bolt, Nimona (2023) where he served as a Visual Development Artist, as well as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (unreleased) and Tiana (2025) in the role of Art Director.
He first entered the NFT space as a curator for galleries at Art Basel, ComplexCon, and EDC. Since then, he’s contributed to many different successful generative PFP projects but is bound by confidentiality for what can be shared publicly with the community.
The team of artists that Ty has assembled to create the Azurbala PFPs consists of top talent from Gaming and Film (Ubisoft, Activision Blizzard, Epic, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, Sony, Epic Games to name a few). We are excited to share more as we continue developing the Azurians.
Throughout his career, Ty has been trusted at the highest levels of entertainment to oversee large-scale visual development of characters and worlds to form a cohesive universe. He is thought to be one of the top and most sought after Visual Development Artists in the Animation space. Ty has been spending time diving into all things Azurbala and could not be more excited to captain this ship.
In a Medium post later this week, we’ll be sharing more info about Ty’s process, how you can expect to interact with him, and what our next milestones will be in the PFP process!
Let's give Ty a warm welcome!

The Twitter account for Azurbala — home for the Jenkins the Valet and Bored & Dangerous PFP project — announced the members of the Azurian Art Council, the group that will serve as an advisory board for the redesign of the Azurian PFPs.
Hey @everyone - we are very excited to announce our Azurian Artist Council, another key group of people who will ensure that our Azurian PFPs come out at the level that everyone expects of them.
In addition to the Community Council we’ve already announced, this group of industry-leading artists will serve as an advisory board for the Creative Director/PFP Artists that we’ll announce soon. The Artist Council will leverage their knowledge and experience to serve as a critical sounding board to ensure that Azurian PFPs thrive.
It’s very important that we note that this group is NOT going to be creating the art directly. Instead they will offer their advisory and guidance to the Creative Director and PFP Artists that we’ll announce soon. This group of artists will interface directly with our Creative Director and will serve as thought-partners. They will make sure the art is technically sound, cohesive, and something the community can be proud of.
We have sought to create a council that has diverse artistic styles so that their range can ensure that we cover the different styles and phases of the art creation process.
Without further ado - we’d like to introduce you to the Artist Council members:
Waheed (@ all_smilesss on Twitter) is a 22-year-old artist from Afghanistan. His work tells the journey of an immigrant coming to America and the merging of the two cultures. He launched his own project, @ smilesss, to help expand on that story and his growth as a human & artist.
Mando & OSF (@ greatmandonft & @ osfnft on Twitter, respectively) are former traders who entered the web3 world in February 2021, collecting art on SuperRare. After minting a bunch of apes, they've gone on to create NFT projects (Degenz NFT, rektguy). OSF is also a notable artist on various platforms.
Bryan Brinkman (@ bryanbrinkman on Twitter) is an award-winning multi-media artist who, with animation and motion graphics, creates fun and inventive ways to convey his ideas about creative processes and the NFT space. His art has been seen on SuperRare, NiftyGateway, Async, ArtBlocks, and more.
We are very excited to form and announce this council, and we’ll continue to keep everyone updated throughout this PFP process!
Let’s give a warm welcome to these four amazing artists. We are building Azurbala together, and we’re thrilled to include them in this journey. More to come soon…

We hope that you all are doing ok in light of the crazy week we’ve all experienced together. Please know that us and your fellow community members are here for you if this has affected you negatively. We’re all in this together.
We’ve received a few questions from community members about whether or not Tally Labs has been affected by the FTX debacle. We wanted to let you know that we have no exposure to FTX/FTT/SOL or any other assets implicated. We were not holding funds on FTX. Our current treasury consists of ~90% USD and ~10% ETH (in a Gnosis multisig) and we’re sitting on close to 3 years runway.
We’re fortunate to be in a position to weather this storm. Solvency is not and will not be an issue for us. We will grow through this and use it as an opportunity to keep pushing.
Separately, many of you have asked about Bored & Dangerous royalties so we wanted to provide an update there as well. In short, we are working hard across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Tax/Accounting to get you an update on royalties.
We’re frustrated by how long this is taking so we can only imagine how you all feel. The regulatory framework around NFTs as well as FDAP Income (Fixed, Determinable, Annual, or Periodical) has changed quite a bit. Royalties fall under FDAP categorization. The assumptions we were operating under 6 months ago have changed and we need to dot all of our i’s and cross all of our t’s. We’re working across Securities, Tax, and AML law to ensure we can pay thousands of people all over the world compliantly. We’re working as quick as we can here to get royalties out the door for you all. The funds to be paid out to our licensors have been earmarked and are not going anywhere. Thank you for your patience.
Best,
Tally Labs
Hi @everyone - I am so excited to introduce you to the Azurian Community Council!
This group was nominated by the community and then appointed by Tally Labs. We reviewed every nomination and assembled an awesome group of individuals with diverse backgrounds, locations, perspectives, and more. These folks are all united by a desire to help ensure that the next round of Azurbala PFPs are built with YOU (the community in mind).
They’ll work closely with Tally Labs, our Creative Director and team of artists, and a few other folks you’ll be learning more about soon.
Without further ado, a major congratulations to our Council members:
