We've seen some questions about the state of SupDucks given recent news related to Silvergate and SVB. To remove all doubt, MegaVolt had no exposure to Slivergate or SVB. We are well capitalized and will continue executing as planned.

If you haven’t heard the news, the mighty DuckGod has awakened!
The DuckGod cycle has been much anticipated and we’re thrilled to begin this journey with you. First, I’ll summarize a brief history of the concept and how its lore and functionality ties in with our ecosystem. Then, I’ll provide a quick explanation on what you can expect from this new expansion.
Over the past year, we’ve gained a lot of new community members and some may not be as familiar with DuckGod. In the early days, subsequent to launching SupDucks, it was clear that the idea of a deity would be a part of the narrative of the SupDucks Universe. From the very beginning Franky had a pretty clear vision of what that concept would ultimately look like. Leaning into his heritage and interest in Meso-American mythology, Franky determined the DuckGod’s look and feel would borrow heavily from Aztec and Mayan iconography.
While the imagery may look familiar to anyone with passing knowledge of those civilizations, the artwork Franky has created has never been seen befrore and is uniquely SupDucks. Additionally, folks will be able to view, for the first time, an interpretive creation story of how the Duck Universe came to be. Be on the look out for more secret reveals.
In terms of process, the DuckGod experience will unfold as a multi-stage roll out. Key dates will be announced sequentially as the DuckGod prepares to reveal himself. Additionally, we’re not ruling out the possibility that this may be an evolving feature, especially as exciting, new ideas emerge. Soon, community members will be able to access the first stage of the DuckGod. Participation in this first step will be key in unlocking the next steps of the journey, so get your ducks ready. Obviously, we are now evaluating potential candidates to fulfill the Community Liaison role and it's our belief that it should be a highly engaged, long time participant in the SupDucks community and ecosystem. Ideally, this person would have a considerable depth of knowledge of the project's history, culture and favorable rapport with the broader community. Additionally, comfort with long form writing, announcements and documentation are a must.
A more comprehensive overview of responsibilities and role descriptions can be found on the application form but please do reach out if there are any additional questions.

Putting on my biggest smile as I update the flock on one of the stupidest named ducks we have ever had in our eco. You no longer have a community manager named limp. Say that in a corporate context and everyone would nod in approval!
Why am I leaving MegaVolt? I have received the opportunity to work with some companies that have offered me a really good situation not just for me but also my family! It is important to point out that these opportunities wouldn't exist without the things Franky, Stronk, and Billy have taught me as I have worked here. MegaVolt was my incubator, it will incubate many more.
What are you leaving? I think its important to clarify that I am leaving a company that has shipped something every week since last August haha. SupDucks has more IP and content than 99.9% of the projects in the space, and are in the process of prepping some pretty awesome rollouts as the Dao also gives a new opportunity for community leadership. I dont feel like im jumping off a boat…just boarding a new one. (one of those friendly non pirate boat gets next to another boat exchanges…no water involved)
Are we dead? LMAO. Ima smack you. No project stays alive forever without a community that actively loves, fights, creates, and motivates. SupDucks has that. FrankyNines is still your head artist and in some of my last meetings I got to take a peek at more unreleased Nines art…the jungle…The DuckGod jungle.
What now? I hope a celebration… I have plenty to do with the dao and will also be running for a community ambassador position If anybody wants to vote for me. I dont plan on rocking any less art from our eco. I bought Lenny back from poachers just two days ago…I'm just as passionate about the art and the people. I just no longer have the capacity to be the community guy.
I want to conclude with a virtual hand extension to MegaVolt. Every member of that company has had my back and taught me something I can take forward. That is my only conclusion…because I feel like leaving with some awkward goodbye to the community when Im gonna be supin in general right after is kinda overdramatic

Wanted too share an update on the SupDucks DAO migration. The new SupDucks DAO using the upgraded Moloch v3 contract has been summoned. Also, new Sups + Sups Loot tokens have been airdropped to all existing SupDucks DAO members.
Next, we need to migrate the DAO treasury from the existing DAO Safe to the new DAO Safe. There are 2 proposals I've submitted to the v1 DAO to transfer the ETH and Volt to the new Safe. These proposals are open for voting for the next 10 days and then there will be a 5 day grace period before we can execute the proposals if they pass.

Wanted to take a moment to highlight a few upcoming events, and also to clear up any confusion around Megavolt Corp and its products. SupDucks, KingFrogs, MegaToads, and SlyCrocs are all amazing products built by Megavolt Corp. Each of these bright and colorful NFT collections have the flare and brush strokes of our lead artist, FrankyNines.
Since the SupDucks NFT collection was dropped in July 2021, there have been opportunities for MegaVolt team members to work in various roles contributing to SupDucks. Additionally, the team has been empowered to explore opportunities outside of SupDucks in order to help grow the broader NFT ecosystem.
Back in November of 2022, Franky announced he was stepping down as CEO of MegaVolt to focus more on art, and transitioned to being the Chief Creative Officer of MegaVolt Corp. Franky wanted to dedicate his time to further develop the art and design aspects of SupDucks, and also to have the flexibility to do drops outside of the SupDucks ecosystem.
Without a doubt we will continue to support any art that comes from Franky, and he’ll continue to support SupDucks. He plans to continue contributing assets to the SupDucks ecosystem. He’ll continue in his role as CCO at MegaVolt. And he has already committed various assets to the SupDucks DAO, including tokens and art.
But we wanted to remind everyone about his November announcement to avoid any community confusion. There should NOT be an expectation that SupDucks is part of every FrankyNines drop. He’s going to continue to making art and growing as an artist which, again, we fully support. And SupDucks is going to continue building and growing as well. We’re pretty excited about what we’re cooking at MegaVolt and how SupDucks will continue to develop in 2023.
