Floor is a team of ten web3 enthusiasts headquartered in NYC, and spanning the US & UK. Our founders have a proven track record, previously taking leading roles in building products like Venmo & Robinhood.
As an engineering team, we are intentionally small, and senior — a team of peers practicing strong ownership and open debate on how we should best solve problems and direct our efforts. If you enjoy that, you will enjoy Floor.

All roles at Floor are at least a little bit generalist, but we each focus in different areas. This list is a combination of generalities and some specific to this role.
This is a senior role with huge impact at Floor. This is our best estimation of the experience that would make you successful, but we're always open to alternative paths to success!
The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000. This position is also eligible for participation in Floor's equity plan.
